Request for Proposals: General Contractor Services for Public Infrastructure Improvements

🚧 Calling All General Contractors! 🚧 EBDI is moving forward on a major public infrastructure project in East Baltimore, marking another step toward completing our Master Plan and transforming our community.

EBDI is seeking a highly qualified general contractor to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction of the Phase 2B Public Infrastructure Project, which will include public right-of-way improvements in the southeastern portion of our project area. The project scope is based on 100% Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, which will be divided into stages for pricing.

The construction period is expected to last approximately 12 months.

📅 Submissions are due by midnight on Friday, January 17, 2025. The anticipated Notice to Proceed (NTP) is February 2025.
