EBDI invites expressions of interest (EOIs) from qualified developers for the development of six undeveloped vacant parcels located within the EBDI project area. This initiative is a critical step toward the successful completion of our comprehensive urban renewal plan aimed at revitalizing East Baltimore.
Successful respondents will present evidence of their ability to develop and construct any or all of the six undeveloped parcels, while also demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to EBDI’s key objectives.
EOIs are due by Friday, December 6, 2024 at 5pm. Questions about the process or the EOI guidelines are due by Friday, November 15, 2024 at 5pm.
